Power and Performance 

The base engine in the Ford Edge is a turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder that pumps out 250 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque. You can also choose the available twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 engine that produces 335 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque.

An eight-speed automatic transmission is standard, with a seven-speed automatic as an option. No matter which engine you choose, you'll get all-wheel drive.

For a big vehicle, the Ford Edge handles nicely. It also has very good gas mileage for its class: 21 MPG in the city and 28 MPG on the highway.

Interior 

 

Up to five people can sit comfortably in the Ford Edge, and both rows have ample headroom and legroom. Manually adjustable front seats and cloth upholstery come standard. Upgrades include heated and ventilated front seats, a 10-way power-adjustable driver's seat, and leather upholstery.
