The 2023 Ford Expedition Has Everything You Need in an SUV

Not all SUVs are created equally. If you're looking for one with tons of power, a huge cabin, and many advanced features, not just any will do. The 2023 Ford Expedition, however, fits the bill very nicely.

2023 Ford Expedition Power and Performance 

The Ford Expedition comes with a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 380 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. Two others are available:

• Twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6: 400 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque 
• Twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6: 440 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque 

A smooth-shifting 10-speed automatic transmission is paired with all engines. Rear-wheel drive is standard, with four-wheel drive as an option. For a big car, this new Ford has nice handling, and its strong brakes supply excellent stopping power.

Interior 

 

The standard Ford Expedition has two rows that fit up to five people, though there are three-row models that fit up to eight people. An eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat and cloth upholstery are standard.

Extras include heated, ventilated, and massaging front seats; heated second-row seats; and leather upholstery. As for cargo space, this Ford SUV offers up to 20.9 cubic feet behind the third row, up to 63.6 cubic feet when it's down, and 104.6 cubic feet with all back seats down.

The Ford Expedition comes with many of the latest tech features, including: 

• A 12-inch touchscreen
